Macarthur Health Precinct – Stage 1
Macarthur Health Precinct Stage 1 is part of a broader precinct being developed in Campbelltown, Sydney, Australia near the recently redeveloped Campbelltown Public Hospital.
Stage 1 is a fund through development on 4,744sqm of land with 100% pre-commit to construct a state-of-the-art comprehensive cancer centre and wellness centre of 2,713sqm NLA.
Construction commenced July 2022 and completion forecast for mid-2024.
Development cost as at June 30, 2023: AUD$64.4m.
