Playford Health Hub – Stage 2
Playford Health Hub is a multi-stage development on a site adjacent to the Lyell McEwin Hospital, a major tertiary hospital and the third largest public hospital in South Australia.
Stage 1 encompassing a retail precinct and multideck car park was completed in November 2021. Stage 2, being the AUD$39m specialist medical consulting building is under construction with completion of the building expected by early 2024.
Master planning for the private hospital, being the third and final stage of the development, is underway with town planning submitted and approval expected late 2023.
